When a high- Tg glass mold core is utilized for shaping low-melting-point glass, the chemical bond strength within the irregular network structure of the glass weakens as the temperature rises, increasing the risk of fracture under pressure. In such scenarios, the low- Tg glass may adhere locally to the high- Tg glass mold core.
